At Digital Key Vault (SKY ONLINE SRL), all our products are digital licenses delivered electronically. As such, we do not ship any physical products. Here’s what you can expect in terms of delivery for all digital license purchases from us.
1. Delivery Method
- All digital licenses are delivered electronically via email or through your Digital Key Vault account.
- Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your digital license key(s) along with any necessary instructions for activation.
- There are no shipping charges.
2. Delivery Timing
- Instant Delivery: Many of our products are available for instant delivery and will be sent to your registered email immediately after payment verification.
- Standard Delivery: Some digital licenses may require additional processing time. In these cases, you will typically receive your license within 2–3 hours of purchase, unless specified otherwise on the product page (specifically for Autodesk products). If any delay occurs, we will notify you via email.
- Order cut off is 4:00 PM (GMT + 02:00 Eastern European Standard Time).
- Handling time is maximum 24 hours (Mon-Sun) as all licenses are delivered electronically.
- Transit time is maximum 24 hours (Mon-Sun) as all licenses are delivered electronically.
