Refund Policy

In accordance with international consumer protection regulations, digital products that are delivered electronically (via email, website, or other electronic communication channels) are not eligible for returns once they have been accessed or downloaded.

This policy applies to all digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, in line with general global e-commerce laws regarding the sale of digital goods.

Exceptions: We will honor returns or exchanges for non-functional digital products within the provided 12-month warranty period, which covers all digital products sold by Sky Online S.R.L.. A digital product is considered non-functional if it cannot be activated or used due to errors such as:

• Incorrect product key or license sent
• Incomplete or malfunctioning product keys

In such cases, customers may choose between:

• A replacement with the correct, functional digital product
• A full refund of the amount paid for the digital product

A full refund will be completed in 14 days.
